Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)

 
Your assignment with us:

  • Comprehensive HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Consulting for executives on all operational HR matters
  • Point of contact for labor law issues and for fostering a trusting working relationship with the works council
  • General Human Resources Administration
  • Monitoring and maintaining the time-tracking system and providing support for payroll accounting
  • Optimizing HR processes and contributing to HR projects
  • Preparation and Review of HR Reports

 

And what you need to bring with you:

  • A successfully completed business apprenticeship with additional training in human resources, or a similar qualification with experience in human resources
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and human resources processes
  • Strong social skills and sense of responsibility
  • Proactive, structured and independent way of working
  • Experienced with MS Office applications
