In fuel cell systems, the performance and service life of humidifiers depend largely on one crucial process step: the encapsulation of the membrane fiber bundles.

Alpha Plan supplies specialized production solutions for this purpose.

Our systems combine centrifuge potting technology with high-precision multi-component mixing and dosing systems. They enable the exact processing of up to three different potting materials - in a fully controlled, stable and reproducible process.

At the center is a high-performance centrifuge carousel with several injection points. It ensures even material distribution, reliable penetration of complex fiber structures and a permanently high sealing quality.

All relevant process parameters are centrally controlled and continuously monitored:

  • Speed and centrifugal dynamics
  • Precise temperature control
  • Exact shot weight and high dosing accuracy
  • Precise multi-component mixing ratios
