In this sealing process, the hollow fiber membranes are sealed exclusively without contact using infrared radiation and thus sealed. The sophisticated technologies work extremely precisely and accurately with camera support.

In addition to our automated alphaSEAL® production system for series production, Alpha Plan also offers variants for small quantities, e.g. for pre-series, prototypes or tests. The device can be adapted to your technologies, module sizes and production status/level.
